I can't believe this location gets such poor reviews! I love this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Their patience with me is much appreciated and they always smile and tell me thank you or to have a nice day. I only have a long wait time on April 15th. Otherwise, I'm in and out. Gerardo was the best! Best staff member at USPS that I've worked with/interacted with. Was easy going, knowledgable, empathetic, and helpful. Made it very easy for me. Smoothest experience at USPS! Look out for him!

After going to three(!!) other post offices for fingerprinting services that couldent help me (despite what their website says), I went here and the service workers went above and beyond for me.
They spent literally 30 minutes helping me and were very nice and positive.
