First experience here. This post office sets the example of why the US Postal Service should be privatized, even though I’m against even that. At the very least, don’t have Dee run the desk for customers; she’ll deliberately ensure maximum difficulty with each person she interacts with through her lack of interpersonal tact.

The worst USPS office I have ever been to. Avoid this place if you can. Rude staff and very unhelpful. Does not listen and puts words in your mouth. Avoid this place like the plague.

I had a really negative experience at this location this morning. The woman I interacted with was belittling and impatient when I brought in a return. When I tried to kindly express how offended I was by saying, “I’m just trying my best,” she told me to take a deep breath and “you’ll be fine”. It was very off-putting and rude. In addition, I’ve tried to visit this location several times in the past only to find it closed, seemingly for lunch, despite the open hours listed online including the time I arrived. I am very disappointed with this location and will not return.

Terrible. I dont know why I keep wasting my time going there. So many better choices. Dee is a very sad and angry person. I feel sorry for her.

The counter employee is very very rude and lazy. She does not even want to get up from her chair or answer the questions of customers. She is the rudest person that I have ever seen.

I know why the usps is struggling, they are ridiculously unhelpful. I won't even go into what happened at the Evanston Main St. Post Office. So, I ended up having to go to the Chicago usps that's open until 7. I got there at 6:20, and the women said she was too busy to help me and to use the self-service, but it wasn't something I could at self-service. So now I'm not sure what's next.

This is the worst post office i have ever visited. The staff i met this morning was so rude and very unprofessional. I wanted to cash my postal order and I nicely asked her if I can cash it. Even without asking me how much she rudely replied me that I don't have cash available. It was so unprofessional the way she said it. I wonder how post office allow these kind of staff to attend to customers.

Really nice staff! I wasn’t able to get passport service here, but the clerk was able to give me instructions to set up an appointment at another nearby location. She also double checked all my forms to make sure I was prepared. Which was much appreciated.

Dee is the rudest person imaginable. Not only is is always condescending but she would do her best to make experience unpleasant. It seems she enjoys making other's life more difficult. She would also reply - "go to another post office". As if she owns this one.

I would give a zero if google allows me to. I’m used to using UPS and FedEx that once in a while when I’m forced to use USPS to return a package I have to be reminded how terrible their service (in this office) is - that they won’t provide a shipping label or lending you a pen to write down the address or let you use the tape if your package came apart. And the woman behind the desk was cold and rude. Amazes me how this postal office still exists.
