I stopped in the store today with my elderly neighbor who was quite anxious about getting a new cellphone. Danny and Jonathan assisted him with remarkable patience and kindness. They got the job done as quickly as possible and wrote everything down for further reference. I couldn't feel more gratitude for their compassionate care.

I have never encountered such rude behavior in my entire life. I called to find out about exchanging my phone within the 30 days of purchasing it. As I was trying to understand what the salesperson was telling me because he first said I can’t exchange it after 30 days then tried to change his statement to say “at 30 days”, he began to yell at me and hung up.When I called back to ask to speak with a manager, he proceeded to scream that he is the manager and that he wasn’t yelling, but simply “raising his voice” because I “didn’t hear what he was explaining”.He then hung up on me again when I asked 3 times for him to give me his name.Will definitely be reporting this to Verizon.This is most unfortunate because the service I got in the store originally when buying the phone was very nice.

Danny is amazing. Verizon definitely needs to keep him. Give him anything he needs. Store looked great, and everything was quick.
