Wild to leave a review for a pharmacy, but I don't know where else to signal that folks should NOT try to get vaccinations here. I made our appointments a week in advance, and showed up 15 minutes early. They didn't even allow us to get into line to check in until our exact appointment time, and then it took another 15 minutes to get processed. Meanwhile, no one was actually giving the vaccinations, so the line of people ahead of us was four deep. There were six people behind the counter moving with no visible hustle, so it didn't seem to be a staffing shortage per se.This was also all in the middle of the day on a weekday, so I'm not sure when else I could have come for it to be less busy. Glad I at least am getting this done before the real cold and flu season rush!

The worst. And has been for years. Nothing has improved since COVID and apparently they're still not operating under "normal protocols" despite being in year 3 post-pandemic. Today I was on hold for more than an hour and was disconnected twice while trying to obtain results from an in-store covid test. Since I couldn't get through by phone, I returned to the store to discover that YES there is covid in my house... AND NOW I'M WALKING IT BACK TO WALGREENS BC THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Their commitment to the community and customers is completely non-existent in spite of their marketing copy. AND btw: when I arrived at Walgreens, there was no line at the drive-thru, no line at the pharmacy counter, no line at the front check-out, and 4 technicians in the pharmacy... AND I WAS STILL ON HOLD. I asked the manager for insight on why the phone goes unanswered for more than an hour at a time, and she had no response other than "they're busy." They should be glad CVS is on strike.

If i could give it no stars i would. This location has racist people working here. They harass black kids by racial profiling them the moment they walk through the door. Shop somewhere else. Not all black people steal and every race/culture has people who make poor decisions but for some reason this store singles out black innocent kids. You all don't have to worry about me shopping here. There really should be some kind of punishment for simple minded employees who racial profile & harass innocent people.

MANAGER ADMITS GUILT FOR THREATENING CHILDREN ON CAMERA. Children entered and immediately told to get what they want and leave or the manager would call the cops. Manager is openly racist and harasses young children nearly every time i have been to that establishment. I can't believe it's 2023 and people like this still hold power in the store. Walgreens stands behind people who attack children i guess. would give a 0 if i could

Incompetent is all I can say. I went to get a medication filled. I gave the young lady information and had a prescription in hand. She told me it was denied and I tried to show her the prescription I needed and refused to look at it. She asked her colleague about it and said it was denied and didn't bother to look at anything and to call my doctors office. I called them to call the pharmacy and come to find out that the medication I came to get wasn't denied. Unprofessional and waste of my time and my doctor time. ?

Let me start with a positive. It only takes them 15 minutes to answer the phone. which for a pharmacy, is not the worst. However, if you actually need medication, do not take your prescription here. Whether it is incompetence or just lack of normal human concern for others, they will not help you. A prescription for my daughter was sent to this pharmacy. They did not have the medication, but waited to alert me to that fact. When I tried to find out what was happening, they indicated they had ordered it. Then they forgot to tell me that a medication order for a med not covered by our insurance is automatically canceled. After two more calls, they re-ordered it. But then didn't call again to say it hadn't arrived. At this point, 5 days have passed, 5 calls from me, each taking more than twenty minutes have been made, and as this is medication FOR MY CHILD, I am getting a little annoyed. They refused to send our prescription to a nearby pharmacy with the medication and then when I expressed that this was a problem, refused to tell me when or even if they would ever get the medication. Then they put me on hold, and in the act that will completely obliterate any chance I'll ever use this pharmacy again, they disconnected my call. So if you value your health, time, or children, probably go someplace else.

Why does the pharmacist even wear a mask if she is going to wear it under her nose?? Firstly, I assume that she would know enough to know that is like wearing no mask at all. Then what message is that sending to customers who might be looking to her as a medical professional? I am making this observation after seeing it on several occasions; it's not a one time thing.

My review is for the pharmacy. Extremely unorganized, and I figured it was because they were understaffed but when I went in there was at least 5 workers behind the counter and nobody knew anything.

After my ten-minute wait at their 'service window,' the staff couldn't locate my reservation for a Pfizer booster in their system. The pharmacy tech seemed to find that very amusing to my chagrin. I asked if they somehow could work me in and they flatly declined. Apparently Walgreens pays bottom of the barrel wages and attract the same quality of personnel.
