Worst experience ever. Not only the staff acts like you are transparent and ignores your presence, but they lie about orders being cancelled to justify their lack of professionalism. Also, don’t call, whoever pick up the phone will treat you like a bother.

The worst location ever. Filthy, no stock, dirty purse pet dogs running around. The wait for the pharmacy to not be able to get the RX together is very long all the time. Even fully staffed they are all incompetent except the sister who works as a tech. I’ve never had a neutral let alone positive experience in the 6 mos since I transferred my Rx here.

Do anything to avoid getting your prescriptions at this place. Generic meds are more expensive *with insurance* here than they are *without* insurance at Jewel or even CVS. Just a complete ripoff. And they are always understaffed and you're waiting in line forever with sick people. The pharmacists do their best but the company grossly mismanages their stores. Stay away.

Took an hour for them to get a basic prescription filled, they kept saying "just another few minutes", employees constantly on their phones and talking to friends, ignoring customers even when checking out.

The store is dirty. They don't communicate with other stores. They never tell you that they had trouble getting ahold of your doctor. They take at least a week to fill any prescription, and even then they don't have it all.
They wouldn't honor the flu shot appointment that they made with me in person. They tell you your prescription is filled when it isn't. Every time I'm in there I'm watching a senior get told that they don't have their prescription.
This place is bad. It's so...so very bad. I really hope it closes so everyone involved can save themselves the trouble.

I don't know why everyone is complaining about the staff. They are all very friendly and nice. Especially the Pharmacy staff. Jacklyn was especially helpful.

Outside of long lines the management and staff use to be friendly and professional at this particular walgreens on Greenbay road, unfortunately that is no longer evident,being replaced with juvenile,unprofessional management, which can damage The overall perception of the staff and facility itself. Management sets the standard.

They did not have any shopping carts available for people with disabilities who needed them. And they had stuff stolen off of shelves within the store Possibly even without them knowing about it.

Walgreens pharmacy on Greenbay Road is the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with called sat on hold 20 minutes had to call store manager to get them to answer! My husband just left there said they were not busy just standing around talking!! That is VERY unprofessional and rude to the customer! When I go in I’m going to give them a piece of my mind!!
