Calling and not answering the phone call. Picking up three times but putting back on hold. Then have to close because not answering. Please improve this service. Someone might have serious questions.

The Walgreens located at Main and Dodge in Evanston is a very good store. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Jeff is a cashier at this store and he does a wonderful job.

The pharmacy couldn't fill my order after three visits. Customers in line told me similar stories of delay.multiple errors in computer system like birthdate and refill numbers. Price rise at least 50%. Ended at other store.

The pharmacy is sub par. Have to make follow-up calls. They are overworked--extremely busy place but not enough well-trained staff. As an example, I submitted a refill (for a standard item always in stock) on Sunday and they said it would be ready by Tuesday at 1pm but alas, it's Wednesday and no word. I refilled it online so now I have to take the extra time to call them and remind them or maybe there is a bigger problem I don't know about (shortage? need to call my physician for a refill--although I have 2 refills left?).
The parking lot is trash-laden and needs repaving, the store needs a good cleaning especially the floor and rugs, and the employees need much better training although I'm not impressed with any cashiers at Walgreens these days except the one on Chicago in Evanston which seems to have a better handle on it. What's going on Walgreens? Why is this store being ignored?
I've shopped at another Walgreens store in a more affluent area, and it looks modern and clean, has updated refrigerator cases, and doesn't look like a rundown shack of a store.
This Walgreens does not sell alcohol. Could this be the reason it gets less attention?
On a positive note, there is a friendly male cashier, a bit older, who is welcoming and seems to care about who he is helping. He's your best employee, a standout.

I had an issue with a fedex drop off, and sultana called fedex customer service for me and advocated on my behalf to get the issue resolved!! She was a great help during a very stressful issue

Is there a zero star review?? Was here 2 hours ago and told to come back because the medication was just received this morning!!! Augmentin!! Lo and behold....waiting in line for at least 20 minutes only to learn that there is no Augmentin in their store. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Rude cashier, named Anna. you guys need to teach them that there are other ways to pay. Didn’t even take their time to even check whether my digital card does or does not work. If I could I would’ve put 0 stars. Do better.
