Do not go to this pharmacy if you can help it. You will wait 40 minutes to pick up a prescription that should have been filled the day prior. They do not care if you're first in line, they tell you to sign into a kiosk and wait till they are ready. They don't call you up in order either.

Unbelievable! This place just continues to get worse and worse. Now you have to check-in on a QR code and explain that you need to drop off a prescription and get one filled. Sounds annoying, but I can do that. But then you have to wait to drop off the prescription…just drop it off…until they call you or you get a text. So much red tape that is so ridiculous. Imagine people who have trouble with technology or languages. This poor woman who was in front of me to sign in is still struggling. Walgreens, you have never been great, but now you are pretty much the bottom of the barrel. You suck at customer service and you suck at even filling prescriptions that make people jump through hoops to just hand to you. Bravo! Just one more thing to make it harder for people to get well.

dont know who this woman was on the phone with me, but wow, extremely rude staff. asked for a medication stock and before even asking for my name or date of birth, just met with a nasty “i don’t have it.” learn some empathy instead of going into fields intended to help people with a disgusting attitude.

I have been waiting for a week for important medication. Without being told that there was a back order, I was told to pick it up the next day. After being given the run around for 7 full days, I called them this morning to see if it was finally delivered. I was told that the medication can’t be ordered at this location but I could travel to Belmont to see if they could fill it. Apparently it’s too much to ask for this pharmacy to have the other Walgreens send them the medication. I was told that the patient is expected to make phone calls and run around the city to find a Walgreens who could possibly agree to fill it. I am moving every single prescription out of this place. They ALWAYS have delays and play with peoples lives!

Aren't you ashamed to talk lies to people so as not to give them medicine? Come on medicine, if he is making fun of us, we don't know English, why are you making fun of us, isn't it shameful? Shame on you.

Nicely kept and even has an electric car charger outside which is nice for those who have them. The variety is good and I've not seen this location as cluttered as others and the store associates are always extremely nice!

This review is for pharmacy.
They put wrong label on my child’s new medication.
Be warned, it is not a simple mistake this is a consequence of greedy cost cutting by Walgreens corp. They are critically understaffed.
* they cant be reached by phone, they just dont pick up. Several times i walked in into the store while still on hold and witnessed phones ringing unattended
* they repeatedly make mistakes with insurance, it got to the point that I tell them what exactly they missed and my insurance is very simple to deal with
* there is only one overworked pharmacist, that probably explains incorrectly labeled medication
* techs are incompetent and rude, i experience second-hand embarrassment just by being around them and listening to their conversations.
* new check in touch screen system is comically ridiculous. Touch screen is not a durable or a hygienic solution. On top of technical difficulties that system has, If I pick up prescriptions for my kids and myself, I have to enter them separate. Imagine standing in-line behind me.
* most medications are not filled on site, so one might be better off sending prescription to mail-order pharmacy if insurance provides it.

I like to give people multiple chances but this place is consistent bad service. I was constantly put on hold on the phone but when I arrived there was nobody needing prescriptions. Bad service

If you can possibly go elsewhere, do it. Walgreens in Chicago in Evanston. One customer in prescriptions. Associates can’t be bothered to wait on you until you enter your name, phone etc in a screen. Then they clean counter tops while you stand around. Are they helping another customer? No because no other customers are there. Don’t patronize thus store and think twice about other Walgreens stores.

Understaffed, understocked, constant maintenance issues. Whoever manages this Walgreens is the worst boss ever.
EDIT: fr please get these people some help man, like at this point I just feel bad that I even go here because the skeleton crew strategy that this location runs on just means the employees are constantly overworked and don't have the time or energy for you, and honestly I get it.

Poor customer service at register, manager needs a round up and rejuvenate their staff…. hire people that can handle working with public.
