I have worked with several banks and branches before. But this branch was my worst experience. I reserved an appointment. But I had to wait 15 minutes for my appointment there. Then when I wanted to open an account, they said it takes time and we will let you know. Even though I tried to reach out to Brittaney Taylor by email and phone, I have not received any call or email yet after a month! I decided to stop working with this branch. Wasted a lot of my time there!

Is there such a thing as security in the USA anymore? I wonder if banks have stopped providing their services while they keep indicating their full services towards USA citizens especially on holidays, it is not safe to carry your cards or cash with you in crime city. Let me explain this lack of follow-up. Zelle service has not been working for three months. I've been to a banker and still can't fix the technical issue as customer service doesn't know how to fix the issue. Why we hire bankers. Why do we need bank cards? I prefer to keep everything automated to control the technology properly. If anyone cares about safety, read this and follow along. No need to employ humans. There is something called smart technology. Stay safe. God bless the United States of America ?? In these three years, it is a security disaster. Any Authorities to pay attention?

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. The people who work at this branch are incompetent morons. Doing something as simple as depositing a check will take them at least 20 minutes and there’s a better then 50 percent chance they will come up with a reason as to why they won’t do it. Ridiculous.

Idiots spelled my name wrong on a cashiers check that had 3 tellers and one manager over look before Issuing it to me. I guess I should say 4 idiot's because I didn't think to proofread before leaving the branch.

My pillow is soaked with tears as I write this. I've been trying to stop crying, but tears keep rolling down.I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 5 years now. Since the beginning of this year, I've received more than ten letters from Wells Fargo suggesting I should come in and open credit cards attached below because I'm qualified. So yesterday(11/7/23), I went to the bank to open the credit card, but before we started. i gave them a check of $3,300 to deposit into my checking account.Juan Mendez, the banker opening the credit card, within seconds told me it's declined, that I should apply for a secured credit card instead. So I asked him why I had received more than ten letters saying that I was qualified. He kept repeating I should apply for a secured credit card.So I became angry & requested that they should give me back the $3,300 check I just gave them because I want to close all my 3 accounts (2 checking accounts and 1 savings account)He immediately went and called the manager Ali Salameh, who told me that since the check had touched their hands, it is not coming back to me.That they will go ahead and deposit it into my account. I should come today(11/8/23) and pick up the money, then close my accounts if I still want to. He promised that all the accounts will remain open. So I leftAt 6 a.m. today(11/8/23), before the banks' opening time, I noticed that all my accounts were closed and $380 was withdrawn from my account by an unknown personSo I went to the bank when they opened at 9 am and requested my money, but they refused to give me even 1 dollar from my account. They said they would prepare a check and send it to the post office.I pleaded that they give me the check instead of posting all my money to the post office since I'm already in the bank and my rent and other bills are due for payment. But they refused. After more than 6 hours of argument, the manager called Nile police and said I was disturbing other customers. The Nile police requested that I go to another Wells Fargo branch and see if they can figure it out. So I left and went to Howard branchThere l met another banker and explained everything to him. He was nice . He felt bad about how I was treated. He started making calls to see if he could get approval to pay me back my money. But Nile manager Ali salameh walked into the Howard branch and called Howard police. He told Howard police to arrest me for disorderly conduct and trespassing, and also ban me from entering any wells Fargo bank. The Howard police did not ask me anything but followed the manager who gave him my name, social security number, and date of birth and home address from my account and filed exactly what the manager told him to file. Now, my rent and bills are due , I can't get my money, the police have filed disorderly conduct and trespassing against me, I'm banned from entering Wells Fargo againI'm confused. I don't know where to start. Now, I'm having serious headaches, and these tears will not stop rolling downUpdate: (11/22/23)It's day 15th today, and I still have not received my money. I've been calling the customer service numbers, but it's one story or anotherPlease keep a close eye on your account. And the day you choose to close your account, just withdraw all your money before you even mention you want to close your account so that you don't go through thisI've received a lot of late payment fees from my unpaid billsIf not that I've been a good tenant to my landlord, by now, I would be in Eviction proceedings. When I explained everything to my landlord, he agreed to give me more time.

Waiting in the branch for 9 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. I asked for information about opening an account and instead of helping me they told me to google it.Went in another time to open my account and after standing there for 18 minutes without being acknowledged, they asked me what I needed and I said I wanted to open an account. They said I was too late because they closed 4 minutes ago. I said I've been waiting here for 18 minutes and he said well it takes over an hour to open an account so they wouldn't have helped me anyway. If only someone at this bank to have the common courtesy to say hello instead of ignoring people I could have saved 30 minutes of my life at this bank for literally nothing.

I brought cash to this location to make deposit for my business. And the manager got mad and yell at me in front of everybody cause they were short of tellers ,the money counter machine was stuck, and other clients had to wait for me because it took long time to get my service done.I am a well Fargo’s client. I bring money to the bank so I should have been treated better than that. She is the manager, she should be good at control situations, not because of being short of tellers, plus other clients waiting and she got mad at me. That’s totally unacceptable. I do regret picking well Fargo for my business.

Free notary for everyone - even to non bank customers !! If you are a Wells Fargo account holder , you can make an appoint or walk in. Bank can get busy at times but staff are extremely kind , everyone gets acknowledged and welcomed in . Bankers and tellers are so nice and polite . You will not be ignored. I noticed today how the bank staff knew some their local continuous customers very well. It’s not a robotic operation. I like it . Almost like a mom and pop local business and not a branch of one of the worlds largest banks .

Staff members were unwelcoming and condescending towards multiple customers during my visit, including towards myself. Tons of professional fragility and lack of accountability, wildly inconsistent procedures, mixed messages by staff. A transaction which has been effortless previously, could no longer be accomplished in the same way, wasting more time and effort. Given a record of Wells Fargo banking malfeasance, including incompetence affecting me over time, I'll likely take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service. Went to the branch and got there at 4:10. I was approached by a nice banker telling me that no one was available to help me because they are about to close. I said, there are 50 min remaining how is there not enough time to open a credit card that I already know which one I want? Can I speak to your manager. He went to go get the manager and she was in a call. Regional manager charisse Roy came to me and right away approached me with a rude attitude, "how can I help you" . Indecent body language and tone. She later said, no one can help you. I'll ask my banker that just finished at 425 if he wants to take you. She comes back and says, no he cant help you. I be able to help you do it online or set up an appointment for Friday or Thursday. I then said, you are so vulgar and rude. She later said rolling her eyes, mam the definition of vulgar is using profanity and I'm not. I asked for her name and she had the audacity to tell me, oh I'll help you put a complaint against Me. So confidently she went to go get her card to give to me to file a complaint against her. I found this very rude because all this time she spent on me, she could of helped me open my card ? and honestly, how can a person with that attitude be a manager that approaches its customers like that. Anyway, rep Vladimir helped me file a complaint against this branch. Thank you Vladimir

Upon opening a checking account online with the hopes of getting a $300 bonus for an initial deposit, I was asked to come into the branch to verify my identity. My banker was very professional, but since I did not mention the $300 bonus in the actual building, I do not get to receive it. Though I do not fault my banker for this, she mentioned bank employees are not allowed to share this information with customers, which I find to be a very shady, non-transparent practice, even if it is simply following "the rules." I am starting off my banking experience here with a very sour taste in my mouth.

Maybe all the tellers shouldn't go to lunch at the same time, leaving only one teller to take care of the long line of cutomers.
