“Recently had a starter replaced on my 2020 Mercedes GLC300 . I was totally satisfied with the sevice , Bruno diagnosed the problem and quoted me a reasonable price within a couple hours I would say to prospective customer skip the service departments at these dealerships they are way overpriced BIG TIME !! “Robert worked on my vehicle twice. Each time, I felt the communication was great and the cost was reasonable. Since I am not a mechanic, I feel at the mercy of the professional. I felt good about the exchange. He seems knowledgeable and fair. He set up reasonable expectations and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go back.”
