Every once and awhile I shop with them but usually I prefer online with DSW, then just go to the store and pick up my purchase and find some discounted items while browsing.

Always got a sale, never got the shoe. Of course, you never find this out until after you've completed your online purchase for store pick up. . .like 5-7 days later. Argggh

The selection of shoes is minimal. The store is never stocked with items on the floor. The worse is the customer service. I asked the cashier to check something for me and her attitude was not good. I then went to a DSW in another neighborhood... no problems at all and I was greeted at the door. Just goes to show, it is this location that needs a make over in staff.

They went out of their way to help me find my shoes in my size at a different DSW and had it placed on hold for me.

They service is bad I order shoes with overnight shipment, now they claim my order will arrive eight days later instead of overnight. Then stated I will not get a refund until the shows arrive at they facility.

Placed order online for pickup at store. I called to confirm if order had arrived. One pair of order were sent to home address, which I had to return because did not fit well. Staff on phone were pleasant, professional, and were accommodating for instore pickup. When I arrived for return and pickup there was no issues and they were very understanding as I wanted to look for replacement for the return. I have shopped at this DSW since it opened and have had warm, professional, and helpful interactions with staff and manager. Will continue to shop there, given the mutual respect experienced as a customer.

Two pair of shoes that I ordered to be picked up were given away to someone else. I was confused how someone could pick up my shoes without showing proper identification. I never authorized it. I was rudely told that email confirmation could have been used and that there was nothing they could do about it. The customer service is always horrible. But this is unacceptable!
