“I started banking with Pullman Bank & Trust numerous yrs ago & have been pleased the personalized service I received. My original banker ( Ms. Marie) still remembers my name and even though she has moved up into senior management, she has introduced me to other personal bankers to assist me, including Ms. Donna who was very patience with a recent transaction which took more than normal time accumulation & was very patience. This is was I do a lot of banking with the. Biggest plus is free ATM wherever I go with fee reversal.”
“Th manager at this branch (I assume he's the manager) Malik is awesome! Always helpful, always responsive, personable, and professional. I had a less than stellar experience at a different branch and was about to close my accounts. Malik called me and suggested that I visit his branch so that he could provide "exceptional" service. I would have settled for good service. He made good on his promise and I'm a happy customer. That plus the interest rates at Wintrust are better than most.Seems I will be sticking around for a while.”

It has now been determined that the bank practice in question will no longer be required. Because Beverly Bank listened to a customer that questioned a policy, and then re-thought the value of the policy, I must conclude that it is a very good place to bank.
