Ms. Shivahn went above and beyond to handle a matter for me and Ms. Cindy makes herself available at all times. Ms. Deidre and Donna are the best duo to ensure everything is in order and in tact, you can see the partnership and it makes coming in a smoother experience. If things are out of compliance Ms. Marie Champs has no problem assisting you in anything you may need. The mere fact that as a business owner know 95.% of my bank speaks volumes!!!”

“My experience has been nothing short of pleasurable. The bank is never crowded. The tellers are always helpful and polite. And opening an account was a breeze. I have banked and still bank with one of the big three. I prefer banking at Markham Bank & Trust over my other bank. As a matter of fact , I'm seriously thinking about transferring all of money to Markham Bank & Trust. And last but not least the checking account I have does not charge ATM fee's for going to non Markham Bank ATM's. That's right I can go to any ATM in the contiguous United States and not pay a dime. The fee's the ATM charges is credited back to your account, usually on the same business day as your transaction depending on the time of your transaction. I love Markham Bank & Trust.”

“It is only fair to update this report since Gloria Crespo took the issue to the bank's management and its auditors, and then respectfully updated me. It has now been determined that the bank practice in question will no longer be required. Because Beverly Bank listened to a customer that questioned a policy, and then re-thought the value of the policy, I must conclude that it is a very good place to bank. It will continue to hold my business, and most importantly, my trust.”
