They move through customers very quickly so you aren't waiting in a line for a half hour like the other establishments I mentioned above. Also, the customer service is top notch. “Liked this FedEx outlet a lot. Our Orland Park location was closed for some reason, and this Tinley Park center was the next closest. We dropped in and had no trouble getting what we needed. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. We had also been looking for a place to get passport photos, but this place had a broken machine (just like our neighborhood outlet). I suspect the FedEx locations really don't want the passport photo business as it takes away time from what they are known for - packaging and shipping. This FedEx location is very good, give it a try.”
“The workers here today were such a breath of fresh air. idk if it was my timing but it was such good energy in there when I walked in. They were laughing and interacting with one another, were very attentive to us customers, moved quickly, and were just so funny. The young gentleman that helped me had such a sweet personality and had THE BEST energy cracking jokes to me. It really made my day.”
