I absolutely love this place. Yvonne, the owner, is more like a family member than a clerk behind a counter. Everyone who walks through the door seems to know her, and even if you’re new, she treats you with the same warmth and friendliness. “This business is unassuming neighborhood place. Moved back to the area, didn't have my own address so signed up for a box. They send packages as well, you can have copies made too. Had a box a few years, moved out of the area, cancelled my mailbox. Even though I contacted all vendors and people that would mail me anything, some continued to show up at Lockbox. Since not a huge corporate place Jackie called me when a wedding invitation showed up more than 1 month after I was no longer a customer. That's great customer service, thanks to Jackie.. If you're in the area and looking for a mailbox with a street address not a PO BOX, I highly recommend.”
