“Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!”

“Our business has had a mailbox at Chicago Lockbox for a few years. One location to drop off and collect mail/shipments as well as buy a box, envelope, etc is a great time saver. They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.”
“I used this location last week to send a package. It is a gem. The staff on duty, T, went out if his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service stands out in (unfortunately) a sea of mediocrity in service, especially on Chicago’s south side. This store and its management is obviously committed to excellence! Thank you. “I've had a storage unit here since 2009 and I'm very happy I found this place. I love it. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. It's clean and easy to access. And it's such a cool building. I highly recommend East Bank Bridgeport if you're looking for a storage facility.”

“Liked this FedEx outlet a lot. Our Orland Park location was closed for some reason, and this Tinley Park center was the next closest. We dropped in and had no trouble getting what we needed. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. We had also been looking for a place to get passport photos, but this place had a broken machine (just like our neighborhood outlet). I suspect the FedEx locations really don't want the passport photo business as it takes away time from what they are known for - packaging and shipping. This FedEx location is very good, give it a try.”

“I called to confirm if the store was still located where the Google search listed and after 15 minutes I was still unable to make human contact. Unfortunately, Google listed UPS on 35th and King and the phone rings! Unbelievable! So upsetting that I could not speak with a live person. Wish me luck! UPDATE.. they are friendly but Ups sucks with providing a human to ask questions.”

“The stars are for our local postal carrier, Mr. Thorn, he is awesome. He's been our mailman for 2 and a 1/2 years, and we absolutely love him. He is so kind and goes above and beyond. He interacts with our children and has built a friendship with our family and the families on our block. He not only looks out for our neighborhood and neighbors, which includes safety; example suspicious cars/activities/people who don't live there, but he interacts, makes conversation, takes the time to get to know the community. Recently, he found out about a recent diagnosis with one of our children. He bought and dropped off balloons for her. It put a smile on her face. She loves balloons and she likes smiley faces. One of the balloons was a smiley face. I know this may sound cheesy but he really is the Mr. Roger's of our neighborhood. There's no gift that would ever be a good enough thank you gift for his daily kindness. I hope that he would get a raise, bonus and whatever time off that he desires! “This location has workers that every storefront would like to have. They are so helpful and make things go so easy every time I go. They are bilingual and some of the best workers I have encountered. Would really like to have them work for my storefront at a really good pay. Jenifeer, Noemi, Eric, and Frankie are the reason customers come back to this store. I wouldn't be shipping UPS if it wasn't for them.”
