It is a one stop shop for party supplies, crafts, gifts, and decor for various holidays and traditions. The store has decent prices and regular sales. The staff provides great, friendly, and helpful customer service. The store is clean, with self checkout available and plentiful parking. It is located next door to another major retailer. It is a nice place to find items for projects and celebrations.

I'm not good at self service check out the young lady who was working was very nice and friendly, she was a big help and I took advantage of the great sale.

Had a more floral than most Michael's. But they had me waiting 20 minutes for pick. They never came outside and when I went in they couldn't find my order. I found it behind a counter. They are very unorganized.
