“I want to give a huge shout out to this amazingly kind little store. I was searching for a very specific item & one of their employees was kind enough to tell me the day their trucks came in & told me I could call & check. For two months I called and spoke with Alejandra and not only were they patient with me, they were kind enough to actually look. (I had called other local stores where I live and those employees were horrible to me.) I’m happy to say after my perseverance I got my ghost, and the staff was helpful, most importantly KIND after my two-hour round trip to get there. They really went above & beyond and I can’t thank them enough.”

“I come here all the time with my daughter. The employees are so helpful. They always greet every customer walking in. Personally I couldn’t do that and I always see them working and stocking shelves and rearranging things. I give my daughter money and tell her to pick out whatever she wants once a week. Unfortunately it’s dumplings lately. I can’t wait til that craze is over. I’m going broke. lol. But the employees have always been super amazing to me and my daughter.”

“Marty helped me very much during my visit he is a great guy and very nice and knowledgeable person, this is a small store but somehow they have everything you need, I came into the store looking for a 1/35 Panzer model (nothing special) and I came out with a Panzer IV ausf.G and a lot of tools to start my new model. I’ll be coming back soon for all the paints and extra stuff I’ll need in the near future.”

I had called earlier, and when I arrived, she actually remembered me and our conversation. That immediately made me feel seen and valued as a customer.
I came in during a stressful time, and after receiving so many previous “no’s,” Miss Barbie took the time to listen, understand, and help me. Her willingness to assist me made such a difference and truly meant more than she probably realizes.
She was professional, patient, and genuinely kind throughout my experience. It is rare to encounter someone whose presence alone can make a stressful situation feel so much better. I can absolutely understand why she is the manager there—her leadership, compassion, and exceptional customer service truly stand out.
