PetSmart in Evergreen is a great store to shop, having a Bansfield hospital, and grooming on the premises makes my shopping experience a Great place to visit.

Tried to book my dog grooming appointment online but couldn’t so I went in. I was told that the reason I couldn’t book online is because I have to call in direct due to them having trouble grooming my little Yorkie. The groomer told me that my dog may need an anxiety pill so they can cut his hair. Whole time my dog has anxiety because the first time I let them cut my dog hair they clipped him so bad he was bleeding. Not only that the groomer lady had an attitude so I just canceled the appointment. Moral of the story yall the reason why the dog got PTSD.He is traumatized that’s why he can’t be still he scared.

I was forced to leave a star just to leave review. I took my miniature schnauzer here for the first time because it was near my home and had a very busy day. I have gave the young lady Jalexis very clear details of what i want done. And she did the opposite she shaved him down to his skin. Cut his eye lashes off also his beard. Left his hair on his tail. Every day i look at my puppy i find more things wrong . I went back in she went on her lunch break so i didn't wait. So i left my number for her to call me and she did i told everything that was wrong she just told me she will do it next time . There will not Every be a next time . Then she called me back so she can fix what she didn't do correctly i told her i will pass. In all this is my frist and very last time here. They real need some groomers here that knows what they are doing . They have lost my business in both departments.

This is a great location. The trainer is fantastic. My pup and I adore her. I also find it convenient that I can pick up reasonably priced toys, food and supplies for my pup before or after class. The grooming department is in desperate need of attention. Many of their employees would benefit from a professional development course or just a mini lesson on basic customer service.
The groomer that I work with is nice, but it’s not enough to counter the nastiness of her colleagues. It’s strange to walk into an establishment and not receive basic courtesy. I’ll continue to attend the classes and shop there, but I’m done with the nasty customer service in the grooming department.

The groomers lady Cherry with the locs is very rude. This was my first time bring my dog here & I didn’t like the hospitality I’ll take my dog somewhere else next time.

This review is for the grooming department at the Evergreen Park location. I have been a customer of the store for years with one issues. Unfortunately, I went into their grooming department and that all changed. I had a horrible experience with the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever met. Of course, I did not allow my pet to have any services after this encounter. I would advise other customers to reconsider taking their animals here for any grooming services, as once you see unprofessional and un-concerning staff it makes you wonder how the animals are treated. I will never patronize this salon and would advise others to do the same. I did report the incident to management, who never returned the call, another red flag.
