If you have an early appointment before store time, you have to call the groomer to let you in. Pet groomers were extremely nice and got my pup together and the fragrance last a few days.

Chan store, friendly staff, didn't have what I read looking for but they walked over to double check. Lots of products for all kinds of pets and a few live pets for sale too
