She is an absolute treasure.”

“Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!”
“Our business has had a mailbox at Chicago Lockbox for a few years. One location to drop off and collect mail/shipments as well as buy a box, envelope, etc is a great time saver. They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.”

“All I can say for a fact, that Mr. William Dunbar and his staff at copycat center was very helpful when I had a personal project I was trying to get done. Only one of a few black owned business, where prices was fair and the staff was too. I spent a lot of time in that place talking to them in general. I start going to copycat copy center in 2008. I didn't know they went out of business until last summer in 2022, because I went to the location. So they closed down in 2020 when COVID-19 first started. It's a boomer, they closed, they will be missed for sure.”

“My company was at a tradeshow in Chicago last week and we needed more flyers printed pretty quickly to promote our webinar. We had some printed at Fedex and they were ridiculous -Â $113 for 50. So I got on Yelp to find a local printer who could print 50 more flyers for us at a reasonable price. Hensley Co. came up highly rated so I called them for an estimate. I spoke to Sarah, the company's President and she said even though printing wasn't really one of their services, they could handle it because of the small quantity. And they could do it for a quarter of the cost of Fedex! Even better than their prices was that their service was above-and-beyond. Sarah emailed me to let me know the flyers hadn't been picked up the next morning and when I told her we would come the following morning, she offered to personally drive them to McCormick Place and deliver them to my team. Great service doesn't get much better than that!”
