Branch is good customer service and friendly helpful staff. Never had a bad experience and staff is always friendly and helpful. Teller assistance is good and ATM is in an awkward place but parking is always easy breezy. Music near work station to lighten the mood. Branch Manager went above and beyond to assist with an extremely stressful situation, persistence pays off. Excellent customer service is priceless. No restroom for members and not too busy.

    My credit union isn't local, but this one reciprocates. I have had nothing but good customer service whenever I've needed teller assistance. ATM is in an awkward place, but parking is always easy breezy.

    Never had a bad experience! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually playing music near their work station to lighten the mood.
