My credit union isn't local, but this one reciprocates. I have had nothing but good customer service whenever I've needed teller assistance. ATM is in an awkward place, but parking is always easy breezy.

I went to this bank because it is a shared branch with my credit union. I’ve only been here 3 times and each time they give me a different problem. It’s one thing to provide information but it’s the delivery for me. They are very abrupt and one of the tellers felt like she was doing me a favor by giving me information regarding my account. This is not a friendly location and I will likely avoid it in the future. I gave 2 stars to be generous because the lady attempted to be friendly by joking about the fact that I had an IPhone instead of an Android otherwise it would be 1.

Never had a bad experience! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually playing music near their work station to lighten the mood.

I went all weekend wondering if I should post this then I said I definitely should! The heavier set lady with the short hair that’s always sitting at her desk when you walk in attitude Is HORRIBLE and off putting!!!! Every since I became a customer I never seen her smile she rarely speaks when customers enter even if they speak first I’ve witnessed it and I’ve also been that person to speak and get no response and her attitude is VERY abrasive to say the least and uncomfortable if your trying to handle business and stay professional however I managed but Friday April 7th was the last straw for me not only did she mis handle me she mis handle my funds! I would refrain from going into detail because I will be reporting this individual to HR directly! So moving forward I pray they get a better representation for them at the front end because she is NOT it! We are valued customer who trust our money with you and the last thing we need is a person with a NASTY attitude upon entry of what supposed to be a safe comfortable environment making me feel like she’s doing me a favor by half doing her job! Thanks in advance from an unhappy customer.

Today I walked into the branch and the atmosphere was off. You have the teller looking with an attitude why helping someone and cutting paper at the same time which I find very rude. Branch Manager sitting at the desk with the same facial expression so I see why the teller customer service is that way . I had to greet her first and twice at that, I read reviews that did mention that their customer service isn’t the best next time I’ll take their advice!!!!!

Today I want to the credit union to cash a family check there and they want to charge a $20 dollar fee to me because I don't have a account there. Who make up that rule if you are drawing the money out on there bank account instead to take the check to your bank account and wait for it to clear first.

Normally, I don’t have a problem with this location. However, yesterday I went to the ATM to find out my account was overdrawn a significant amount. I can’t understand when this isn’t my main bank. I only go here occasionally. I tried talking to a teller but the location had just closed. The man spoke to me through the door when I showed him my ATM receipt all he could say, we’ll see you Monday. I called the main branch on Pulaski they were still open but left me on hold and hung up. Called back same thing happened several times. Looks like I’m looking for another credit union one there give me my money back.

United Credit Union has the worst customer service on the planet thanks to Mario Aguirre, President/CEO. All 4 branches have been closed since April 6, 2020. Surely if Bank of America, Chase and every nail salon in Chicago have figured out how to service their customers either the Chief Operating Officer or the CEO should have figured out how to safely reopen by now, that is, if they gave a damn. No one answers the phone, the online request for appointments go unheeded and there is a general lack of concern. If you have another choice for a credit union please take it.

The staff at this facility are very friendly and helpful. I’ve been a member for over 30+ years. I’m immensely grateful for having a new, convenient South side facility near my home.
