“Had a recent issue with my 2018 F-150. Engine suddenly ran extremely rough. Took it straight to Fraher Ford and left in the lot, since it was closed. (Sunday) Left message for them concerning the issue. They serviced the vehicle the next day and diagnosed #4 cylinder misfiring. Compression testing came back good. They replaced the failed coil pack on #4, and replaced all 8 original spark plugs, along with regular oil/filter change service. I was very pleased with the timely response to the situation! Truck runs great! Thanks to the folks at Fraher Ford in Pontiac’ IL!!”
“I have been to a lot of auto parts stores, and have never encountered staff that was ans willing to help as Cody and Giano. After working a 12 hour shift my car failed and I pulled off and stopped at oreilley in Pontiac. Cody and Giano were so helpful and courteous. I greatly appreciate all the help so I could get home safely. They exceeded my expectations as far as customer service and knowledge. It was greatly appreciated and so nice to walk into a store near closing and have 2 guys that were willing to help instead of being annoyed. I am so thankful.
