I spoke with someone in management, and it was a sincere human who seemed to truly care about his business and customers. I was shocked how genuine and charismatic he was, a rare find. He turned my agitation into understanding and was humble in his delivery. Because of his sincerity and wanting to make things right, my original review of 1 star is now 4. If the other interactions were with him, it would be an astounding 5.”
