“US Storage Group just did a fantastic job at my local warehouse, I would absolutely recommend other business to come here as well! Sam and Mike were very clear with communication and they got the work done fast. If I ever need another job done in the future, I will be sure to come back here for business.”

“I have rented a few units from Go 2 over the last several years. The facilities are very clean and very secure. The security is clearly top priority from gated access and real time surveillance. The owners are very friendly and they make the process smooth as well as stress free. I highly recommend Go 2 to anybody looking for reliable, clean and secure storage needs.”

30 Kettle River Dr, Glen Carbon IL 62034
“Maddie was a great help in renting a storage unit for my collector car. She checked the availability and let me check to see if it was the correct size for my car. I needed one slightly larger and she suggested one that was just a few garage spaces from the original one. The price was reasonable, and it didn't take much time to complete the paperwork.”

The storage unit was easy to access and was spotless. The entire procedure from rental to possession definitely deserved a 5 star plus rating.”

“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally. Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”

“The staff at Prairie Street storage went above and beyond to help us when we had an issue, they were quick to respond, quick to resolve the issue, and by the way, the issue was not anything that they caused, and not only were they professional, but they were kind and caring. I would recommend Prairie Street storage to anyone who’s looking for a storage unit with staff who care.”
