I love buying clothes from Aerie so much but the customer service could really use some work. The few times I have been in there the ladies there seemed cold and clearly did not want me there. I don’t feel very welcome so I have resorted to shopping online and have completely avoided that particular store in the mall.

I was helped by multiple people, who were all extremely friendly. They went into the back to get different summer items for me to try on and were super supportive of everything I tried on. Overall amazing experience.

Cute store but none of the employees spoke except for one and I spoke to her first. This store Needs to improve on having excellent customer service, greeting all walks of life. To Put it plainly, the caucasians spoke to their own people. Do better.
