Shoutout to Tina R. for going above and beyond helping us out when FedEx broke one of our new TVs in shipping after an already very stressful and time consuming move. The Samsung TV sales lady is also sweet and knowledgeable. The customer service, even when we are just browsing to pick our next appliances or electronics for work, at the Fairview Heights location is great. My husband finally paid for the annual membership card since we buy enough at Best Buy to justify it, and honestly I see the credit card in his future as long as we get to buy our next refrigerator with it from Tina :)”
“Typical rent to own store. You'll pay much more than market cost, but you'll get your items quickly. Most of the staff I'd knowledgeable and very help. Still, if you can afford to buy out right, I'd do that. If you can't, they are a good option.”
