Barnes & Noble staff is solid and helpful, willing to go out of their way to help. The food is really good, and the staff that they do have makes up for not having enough staff. The store is always stocked and clean, with a Starbucks inside where people grab coffee, walk around, and find great books. People like a kid in a candy shop. Barista is very sweet. People have a great shoping experience, with store clerks helpful and finding books.
