Booked a truck online and the store called me at my reservation time to tell me they don't have a truck and don't know what to tell me. Suggested I call Uhaul, Penske, or Hertz... never fear, I will not call Budget ever again.

Rented a truck from them , the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, the cruise control didn’t work and we had to jump start the vehicle once. Do not recommend!

They only had one moving truck, and it wasn’t in the best condition. But the staff was very friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy.
