“Overall, renting a car here while my own vehicle was being repaired was a seamless experience. I did have to pick up the car later than expected because the manager called me the day before and initially wasn’t sure whether a vehicle would be available. For that reason, I recommend confirming availability after making your reservation.
The agent was very helpful and professional, making the entire process easy. He also allowed me to modify my reservation without any hassle when I no longer needed the car. The vehicle I received was an upgrade, clean, and a newer model, which was a pleasant surprise.
I used a credit card, but I also noticed that they offer the option to rent with a debit card and deposit. That’s a great alternative for people who don’t have or prefer not to use a credit card. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would rent here again.”
