My data was hacked when ATT had a data breach. I went to this branch when a Chase CC was applied for in my name fraudulently. Kelsie handled it in a professional manner. Thank you Chase bank.

We were greeted at the door by a friendly staff person. We had an appointment with Kelsie. She was extremely helpful.

Kelsie was very helpful and proffesional. We managed to do a name change, ssn addition to the account. We were not able to open a joint account because of our situation, but she directed us to the right steps to get one in the future.
