I have been a member of Regions Bank for well over 20 years. I've never thought of changing banks because of the excellent customer service provided by this bank. How I am treated is very important to me. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best; I would rate Regions Bank in Fairview Heights a 12. No typo; yes, a 12!!

I've been using this branch since 1994 the name has changed twice but the regions organization has been the most satisfying of all. The personal bankers are very helpful as well as the drive thru. Duo to physical restraints I rarely go inside but when I do I'm always satisfied.
