“I've always enjoyed my experiences at this branch and the staff who works here. Of course I always go inside because I'm not a lazy ass so I haven't experienced a robot voice. Plus I feel they should be safe during an ice storm and close the bank for the day, but i have a daughter and wouldn't want her to go to work. “The Carlyle Ave Branch in Belleville, IL. by far has the best customer service hands down! All of the tellers are very nice, very warm greeters when you go inside or the drive thru. Very professional. They always ask how I want my cash back.No one has a bad attitude. They always take the time out to courteously ask all of the customers how they are and how their day is going. We've been doing business with them for almost 20 years.”

“A strong recommend. Very down to earth for a banking institution. We got our mortgage through them (they service them through First Integrity, a very highly rated company across the river in Missouri) and they were very honest about where the mortgage would be transferred to. The rate was hands down the best I saw anywhere and the fees were even better. The regular dividends on their accounts are also fantastic.”

I was just really impressed by Terri's and Tatiana's customer service! (I apologize if I spelled any names wrong). They were super kind, super friendly, and very helpful when we requested that the lien release be electronically delivered to him. Terri even recommended some places for us to look in regard to a new vehicle, and Tatiana talked to us about some of their products available to us without being super salesy. I appreciated that! However; after our last experience I’ll be coming to the Walmart location from here on out. We’ve been banking with first community for over 4 years now and never given a card until our last visit at this location with Doug. This now will make our trips quicker and easier. It’s blew my mind no one has ever given us one before then. Highly recommended banking with them.”

Although, I did not need it as I thought, that made a huge difference on why I stay with them and give top A1, to this credit union. Every teller knows each of its customers and are very, very, nice.. And let me add this too. Please do not lie on this Credit Union, as for as Buisness. They are known for looking into the Matter, presented. And known for finding the Truth and showing their Customer exactly in order, A, B, C.”
