“I am not a member of this credit union. However, they are a Co-op Shared Branch with two other credit unions of which I am a member. Basically, these credit unions are in partnership with each other. This means I can utilize Arsenal Credit Union as my personal bank to retrieve & deposit funds from any of my other shared credit union accounts. At the ATM, I can use any debit or credit card from any of the other shared institutions (subject to limitations) & incur no usage fees. Absolutely the most convenient banking experience ever. Whenever I have to go inside, their service is always exemplary.”

I love this branch and will miss the people here when we have to move back home to Georgia. Especially Casey W. Girl, you are amazing and have such a wonderful personality!However, while standing in line on a busy Friday evening waiting for my turn with a teller, a "manager" type lady came out of her office and reprimanded the greeter / concierge in front of about 10 - 12 clients. She wasn't overly loud, but she could be heard by those of us within 10 feet of them. I felt this was unacceptable and very unprofessional. If an employee warrants a reprimand, take them in an enclosed area away from the clients in the lobby. Bad form on her part!”
