Knights of Columbus hosts a popular fish fry. The food receives mixed reviews, with many finding the fish very good, fantastic, and great, with huge shrimp. Some sides like the sweet and sour slaw and creamy slaw are liked, but other items like fries and onion rings are called terrible and burnt. The place is often packed and very busy, leading to long wait times. Service is generally quick and friendly, with food brought to the table and staff providing welcoming, smiling service. Many customers express satisfaction and state they will return.
The fish was very good and Shrimp were huge. Very satisfied with the food but Lint is not a good time to go. Stood in line to order 45 minutes and received food an hour after that. Very busy!!

We ate at the new restaurant, Smoke and Kettle. The place was packed, which tells a lot about the Beast's reputation. The fish was good and look forward to returning.

Dave does it again with Smoke & Kettle! Fish and sides were fantastic, and like anything he's associated with, so were the people providing the service.He just seems to care a little more about all the ingredients, flavor, and preparation he puts into his dishes. St. Clair county is fortunate to have him around.
