Used the groomer service four times. The bath/nail treatment. The first time was AMAZING I personally had no clue my dogs nails could be trimmed so short and clean!!! The second time they hardly touched the nails, the third was better than the second (but anything would have been) still not as good as the first and finally fourth better than the second but not even as good as the third. All the baths were good but I have been doing that for years, so the nails are my main concern and reason for bringing him there. Also they didn't give me the bandana this last time. Gonna be looking for a better groomer. I'd only use them as a last resort if I were you.

I used to love going here all the time to get stuff for my pets. Recently, the atmosphere hasn’t been the same and I think I might have figured out why. I overheard the manager Shaun talking about the animals in the store to one of the employees and he proceeded to make a remark about how disgusting the animals were and how he did not want to touch them. It’s crazy to think that a manager of a pet store doesn’t like the animals they are responsible for.
