upon opening the door I had been helped and was in an office being assisted within 3 minutes of arriving, fixed my problem and got me a new debit card on the spot , I know, impressive right? Agreed! Nice to be able to speak in person to an actual person still, not a given any longer with all Banking Institutions. Online only, Regions is all about customer service and employee's are well prepared to assist with all financial needs.

Hard time withdrawing money. Act like they it's either an inconvenience to them or they don't have cash on hand. A little concerning a large bank is having issues with customers withdrawing money.

This bank is wonderful! I joined at another branch, and when I moved it got better. ATM cards printed on site with no wait, staff is always friendly and courteous. Everyone is helpful with inquiries on loans (do an FHA through the bank, not a broker!) and any issues you may have. Love text alerts about questionable use on your account. Definitely a great place to bank!

ATM’s constantly have issues. Don’t not put cash deposits into their machines. They don’t service them and it takes a ridiculous amount of time for the issue to be resolved.

I recently opened a credit card and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Miles was great and took the time to explain everything that I wanted to know. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel confident in my decision to bank with Regions. I’ve had fraudulent charges on my account in the past and Regions quickly resolved the issues, and my experience the other day with Miles just reinforced my belief that Regions values their customers.

Needed to cash a check 7-21-20 at 11:30am. They said “no can come in if you don’t have an appointment” They are booked up and I would have to go to another regions. What a joke. They don’t have a drive through or walk up teller.

They have the worst phone answer sistem and wen you finally go throu they are rude and send you to a diferent site and thry dont answer your questions and they hang up on you or they put you again at the beginning and you got to wait an other 15 minutes to go true the same again

I was at the Fairview Heights IL location and I was at the ATM and the ATM ate my card. After the ATM ate my card the screen suddenly said it was temporarily out of order. When I went in to inform someone I was forced out and told they do not service the ATM's and that I would have to call a 1-800 number to find out about my card. They were extremely rude and very unprofessional how they choose to handle the situation and I will not go back there. You have been warned.

Great customer service but no drive through services and lobby doesnt open until 9 so not the most convenient banking services for working people. Then the ATM is awkward to access and one your in line there is no getting out
