Their is now a dent from when they replace my glass on my trunk windshield…not to mention I paid 470 and when I open my trunk you here glass. Techs didn’t remove trunk panel to get it out any glass that feel through…(mind you I had a center whole in the windshield) that money spent out of pocket to get a poor replacement…my original appt was cancel by staff to come out saying it had to be in a garage…when I see other reviews showing they came out and the weather had barely any snow like another review image on here … they was a hr behind I didn’t mind the wait but to get poor service like that Trust me Go somewhere else to get your car service paying that much and the window isn’t even a match to my last one please shop around before making a decision

My insurance company scheduled my window replacement at the wring shop. When I got to Safelite in Alton I found out it was supposed to be Fairview. The Alton manager was suoer nice and called Fairview to let them know I was headed their way. They said no and I was told to reschedule. Clearly Safelite Fairview could care less about taking care of customers who have already been inconvenienced.

Had to get my windshield replaced (insurance claim). I made the appointment a day prior to drop off, and was scheduled to drop it off at 8am. I waited ALL DAY! I finally got a call an hour before they closed telling me they were “STARTING” on my car! Never using Safelite again!

They fixed my driver's side window in less time it took me to drive there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The waiting room is small with only a few chairs, but you won't be waiting long.

Thought I was going to have to wait 2-3 hours... only took an hour. My windshield was replaced and calibrated. Everyone was friendly. I would come back here if I need to. It was also easy to schedule online.

I got a chip on my windshield and my insurance uses Safelite. I contacted them the next morning and boom they had me on the schedule for between 8 and noon. The tech Cayce called me right before 9:15 and let me know he was on his way. He arrived in about 15 minutes. So, he made good time. He was absolutely great!! He walked us through the process, showed us everything he was doing and washed our window up. He even showed us pictures of his cute dog and cats after listening to our beagles barking in the background of the garage lol. He was a great guy. Safelite made a great impression on us. Also, the window was repaired to perfection and I couldn't even see the ding anymore. He tempered our expectations and we understand that there may be some bit of ding showing etc. But, we are very happy with how it looks vs what was there prior. I fully recommend them! ?

Scheduling my appointment was a nightmare. It was an insurance claim. I talked to 3 reps. One hung up on me? All they could say was hold on a minute, my computer is running slow. After an hour and 30 minutes on multiple calls it was finally scheduled. But it was a cash claim not insurance paid. I had to start over again . I did get my appointment scheduled. If I have a choice I will never use Safelight Again. I have used Safelight in the past 3 times, no issues. Not sure what changed but it is not good.

Fast service. Friendly associates. I think double checking their work after putting parts back on cars would make the service better.
