“I had old school auto customize my exhaust on my 2012 6.2 Ford Raptor and 2014 Dodge Challenger 5.7. They did outstanding job on both Raptor growls and challenger screams. Along with full front brake job on challenger. They don’t gouge you and they weld your your exhaust mods no lousey clamps.”

“When we first moved to Belleville, we took our car to this place simply because they were within walking distance. I was fairly bristling with hostility, as my hubby was deployed and it was just me and my daughters and MIL, so I made sure to double check EVERYTHING they told me. They were good humored and patient, showed me everything they were going to do or had done and they did a great job for a good price. To my mortification, due to a mixup on where my hubby's paycheck was deposited, the check bounced. They called us personally instead of shuffling us directly to another business, or sending it back to bounce again, and very kindly allowed us to make up the payment again, using a check again, after we got it taken care of. Since then, we have never had a lick of trouble with these people. They have even given us rides home when it was raining, or really hot and they didn't want to see us walking home when we dropped off the vehicle. They remember our old vehicles, and this last time, when I, for once, called ahead and told them what needed to be done, they went ahead and pre ordered the stuff they'd need, because they remembered what they were dealing with and knew what they'd need (brake work). Because they are a small shop, we sometimes have to pay for the part to be ordered and delivered before they can make a repair, and that's completely understandable. Because they sometimes get overwhelmed they can take a little longer than some larger places, but since we know that we can work around it. They are scrupulously honest, kind, and go the extra mile for their customers. If they cannot do a repair, they tell you up front and are willing to recommend some local shops that can. They're our first choice, every time.”

“I bought my car and a few days later the check engine light came on so they had me bring it in so they changed the timing belt cause it was a little loud at no cost to me ! It’s a 1500 job they did to ensure I had a great vehicle!Then the light came back on ! I called them they got me in right away and tested it ! I had a leak near the gas tank , which was a500 bill ! Needless to say they took very good care of me . Answer every time I called and treated me with respect and priority ! I’ll will buy from them again

“Firestone in Fairview Heights absolutely saved my Sunday morning! I was dealing with a dying car battery and was left stranded by NTB down the street, who failed to open for their posted hours. I called Firestone in a bind, and they told me to come right over. They got my truck in right away without an appointment and handled the situation quickly and professionally. To top it off, the cost was actually cheaper for the exact same battery compared to the price quote I got from NTB! They truly went above and beyond my expectations. It is incredibly refreshing to find a business that is reliable, ready to work, and cares about helping customers when they are in a stressful spot. I will absolutely be coming back here for future. Five stars!”

“I woke up to a dead battery in my car. After AAA jumped it, I called Midas and Bob was very helpful. I explained I needed the battery put in quickly because I needed to pick my daughter up from pre-k, and even with having to order out for my battery...I got to my daughter on time! As usual, the Midas waiting room was nicely decorated and clean, and staff all friendly.So happy to have found a trustworthy and friendly repair shop for my car!

So sad to find out today that Bob retired and sold the place and James and Chris are gone too! And no more Coco, no plants, no decorations. The place really has lost its character. My car did get fixed today but took about 40 minutes longer than expected. Just miss the old Midas. Hopefully the new management brings back the charm to the waiting room!”
