The people here are useless. They literally provide ZERO customer support, outside of selling you their shitty service.
Verizon it quite literally the worst cell phone company I have ever dealt with. The service is crap. The customer support is crap. The claims process to get a new phone thru the insurance is crap. Everything about Verizon is crap.
I'm going back to Boost. I never had any issues with service or anything with them. And, my bill was only $40 a month!!!! I'm paying $100 with Verizon, AND FOR WHAT!!??? NOTHING EXCEPT DROPPED CALLS AND A HEADACHE.
And mark my words, I WILL be pursuing legal action. I've already found an attorney who handles class action lawsuits against telecommunications companies.
Save your money and go to Boost.

In store representatives all are very friendly and knowledgeable. But online phone representatives should know the same knowledge as in store representatives. All information changes when you get to the store.

Not helpful. Looked bored. Got more information about the phone I was looking for at Best Buy. If you're not sure about a phone, go elsewhere for the facts. I'm pretty sure I knew more than the sales person who didn't know prices or gig.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, my experience with Verizon as a whole hasn’t been the best. I started our service back in March because we were told if we switched carriers we would get an $800 gift card, and told we would get it within 8-10 weeks. Fine…except we never got one. What the sales rep failed to tell me is that I had to go to a link on that was printed on the receipt to redeem it. I reached out to an agent last week, was told they were very sorry to send an email to the support team, and in 5-7 days I will receive a link for the gift card. Now suddenly I am told the best they can do is a credit for $150. They will lie to get your service, and you can believe as soon as our contract is over we will be going back to our previous carrier.

Real good customer service folks here. The wait was a little longer but not bad. Couldn't use my Verizon rewards money towards accessories very disappointed.

Worst decision ever, I should’ve stayed with AT&T. Had to beg for device payoff, not getting the correct monthly credits, random charges appearing on bill, and being charged for services I never wanted or activated. Then of course being ignored, next step is filing a fraudulent claim. If I could I’d return everything and walk away

They don’t know or won’t to know the online promotions, So they can charge you more. No phone is free, have to take there 36 mo expensive plain and still not free. Worst customer service and rude employees. Really not there to help!

to not be aware of that. I’m a customer that needs help, not attitude. I don’t understand the egos behind some of the reps that work here.

Very nice people there. But they ordered a replacement phone when I needed a replacement watch. Which resulted in 1.5 hrs on the phone and 4 different people ....when I noticed the email when I got home. Then... after canceling the phone and ordering a replacement watch...yes, 4 different people and 1.5 hrs on the phone...they still sent the replacement phone. Now I gotta figure out how to find free time to deal with it all over again. Ahhhh but...I will say the reps I talked to on the phone were the nicest reps I have ever experienced dealing with any phone call. So that was helpful. Ha ha

We got same-day service with only a short wait. Our representative was knowledgeable and pleasant. He was able to give us quotes so we were able to choose what plan might fit our finances. Unfortunately, the company sale did not apply as we understood the online advertising so we left without any new deals.

Highly upset about losing all of my information. Jim said it was going to show up later even after I said that’s not how it usually goes but he said it would well he was wrong and now I have lost information and turned in my old phone smh
