Jazmin recommended that I try on a similar cut dress in my size and it fit so they call a WHBM in Durham NC that HAD the dress. We made the transaction over the phone and I received the dress. “Myself and my daughter came to Lane Bryant looking to get her measured and purchase new bras. We were greeted by a wonderful employee by the name of Marshonne. She assisted both me and my daughter with finding out our current bra sizes and even recommended a few different bra styles. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the merchandise and promotions. She displayed a warm and friendly demeanor that made it easy to approach her with concerns and questions. “I shop at Macy's for most items for my family. They usually have it in stock and ships fairly quickly because I am an online shopper. If it doesn't fit though, they have a section for returns. I love the discounts as well.. my go to store!”

“I am always surprised when I go into this store. I'm not a comfortable shopper (even less so when it's expensive) but the customer service here always manages to be the right level of helpful. I never feel pressured or ignored. It's uncommon for me to be willing to ask "girly" questions. I'm at that stage in my life where I want to be comfortable, feel more confident, look professional but not stodgy and age appropriate (with clothes that will survive a round of laundry). Almost every time I have to travel, I stop by here to find at least 1 new thing off the sale rack to take with me, and every time service is good. To top things off, they'll tell you how to get the best sale on things you're interested in too which is exactly why I keep coming back. That -- and Belinda W. She's really great.”
“Visited this Aerie store inside the St. Claire Square Shopping Mall, while staying in Collinsville, IL. WOW!! Great store and selections stocked for Spring & Summer. It was like shopping online only better because it was all right in front of you. You will not be disappointed. It is right next to the biggest American Eagle store I have ever shopped.They closed the stand alone Aerie at Fox Valley Mall, Aurora, IL, long time ago, sad, but when they were their the store did not have clothing stock like this one at St. Claire Square. The Fox Valley store had lots of undergarments and was big on getting measured properly. It would be great if Fox Valley would open an Aerie store and have all the cute clothing stocked like St.Claire Square.”

Associate 0371 offered to place the online order at the register thereby enabling us to qualify for the cheaper online price. It was clear she was an experienced employee with an exceptional customer focused attitude---well qualified in our estimation for advancement within the store system.”

“Wasn't this place located over by schnucks and Burger King at one point? I thought I reviewed it there many years ago. Maybe it's just me but I didn't see any shorts there. I mean it makes sense that it's summertime so people need those and that's why they have none. The store is clean and laid out well. Some of the other reviews talk about the staff not being interested in being there but I couldn't tell that.”
“So why do I love this place? I have no good reason because I just shave my own head so I never need to go to a salon. I mean it would be great to go and have like my lower neck shaved since I really can't see it when I'm shaving my head but it's just not worth whatever that's going to cost. There was one lady on duty but we had gotten there right with me opened and they had so many hair care products. They even have a clearance section of hair tools? Like hair straighteners and curlers whatever the hell that falls under”
“So many dresses look so good and cute. I found a red dress for my bridal party night. The straps where a little bit long but I can take care of it though, just something small no biggie.”
“There inventory will make you go broke. I went in for one item and came out of there with two pair of shoes, 7 outfits and 2 dresses. My only problem was I have a fat foot and none of there shoes came in wide. So I ended up giving my shoes away. I wish all the stores would open back up there dressing rooms.”

“Excellent selection of really nice high quality and classy fashionable ladies' apparel, both men and women's BGB line "CoveRED" teeth and sweatshirts and even women's camo pants. I cannot resist the Eyewear selection, though. This shop is a definite must stop in, for fashions that will keep you getting compliments but also have you stand out and not look like the rest of the ordinary bandwagon people out there! I love this place and the owner (and her attention to detail and customer service)!”
