“I wrote down all my negative thoughts and needed to free my aura. Saturn was misaligned from Venus so the emotional solar flare was incongruent from my chi’S center. I got a rank of propane and fired that clucking mother on the roofing torching. Light the chi up. I am now centered. God bless America and god bless tebons.”
“Good location and although we weren’t given the pick up
Location we wanted by traffic dept this location was solid. Veronica was amazing and made the rental process seemless! Thank you Veronica!”
“EXTREMELY Dependable Mechanics. I've been going to them since 2009 at their previous location. Very reliable and one of the few honest mechanics left. 100% recommended!!!”
“Made my reservation over the phone. The equipment was ready when I arrived to pick up less than 30 minutes later. Alicia was so helpful and efficient I was ready to go in less than 10 minutes. Great job! I highly recommended this location.”

“Five stars for Beatrice at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Niles. She provided outstanding customer service during a particularly stressful time.
Beatrice took my initial reservation over the phone and remembered a special request I had made when I came to pick up the truck. She was friendly and personable, and she answered all my questions fully and completely.
Several hours later, when I had run out of room in the truck I’d reserved, I called Beatrice for help renting a trailer. She once again remembered me and promptly told me to get over to her location ASAP, so she could help me before she had to leave for the day. She had the trailer, the hardware, and the technician all ready when I pulled in.
Beatrice was a shining star on moving day, and I am grateful for my experience with her!!”
“I did not know I could get my propain cylinder refilled there. It was so easy, freindly service aswell. They also re-certify your propain tank. So much cheaper than tank exchange at retail stores.”
“Solid facility with tremendous customer service. The place is very well lit secure and organized. The quality of the propane is second to none. I am love this location since it on the north side of Chicago and close to downtown.”
“Great location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful. This location has an abundance of rental vehicles of all sizes. We preordered a van, picked it up on time, van was immaculate clean, and then after 3 hrs we returned it after our job was done. Easy Peasy! We will definitely rent from this location again.”

“Best U-Haul in the area. No business is perfect , and was recently charged an erroneous gas and gas filling fee, I called to dispute and it was resolved in minutes. They also have the best newer model trucks vs the other locations.”
