“I showed up bright and early to get a hitch installed, which I had reserved online earlier in the week, only to find that the system hadn't taken my reservation. (That's bad on corporate, not this location).
I thought my holiday weekend was ruined without a bike rack hitch, but Veronica very kindly took it upon herself to apologize for the glitch and work her magic to get me taken care of.
The installation only took a couple of hours and everything looks great. Thanks again to Veronica for saving my weekend!”

“We received exceptional customer service from an evening shift worker with a blonde mustache, I think his name was Breidt. We called for a last minute rental, and he waited 10 minutes past closing for us. He provided quick service and went above and beyond. Give that man a raise!!”
