“i have been living in forest park for the past 6 years. I live 2 minutes away from Elite Tires & Auto & i have always drove past them. on memorial day i caught a flat tire. I called my roadside assistance and they werent able to put my spare tire on. Next day i went to pep boys right next door to Elites & they told me they me they didn’t have time to put my spare on. So i drove next door to Elites, & it just so happened that my spare tire was gone??‍♀️ (im thinking roadside assistance stole it when they came to help me put it on the day before) i’m not sure of the mans name that works at the front desk but he gave me a brand new tire for a GREAT deal! I appreciate them so much & i will be back!”

“I go here for my oil changes and my last tune up. The staff is always friendly. They try to accommodate even when they’re visibly busy. I was struggling to change out my headlights, they refused to come out of the housing. I called around a few shops, all quotes were $200 for labor alone. At this Pep boys I was quoted $35 for parts and labor per a low beam. They squeezed me in and refused to let me buy them lunch. Their honesty and integrity cannot be beat.”
