From the time I walked into the repair shop I was treated with great customer service. “i have been living in forest park for the past 6 years. I live 2 minutes away from Elite Tires & Auto & i have always drove past them. on memorial day i caught a flat tire. I called my roadside assistance and they werent able to put my spare tire on. Next day i went to pep boys right next door to Elites & they told me they me they didn’t have time to put my spare on. So i drove next door to Elites, & it just so happened that my spare tire was gone??♀️ (im thinking roadside assistance stole it when they came to help me put it on the day before) i’m not sure of the mans name that works at the front desk but he gave me a brand new tire for a GREAT deal! I appreciate them so much & i will be back!”

“I go here for my oil changes and my last tune up. The staff is always friendly. They try to accommodate even when they’re visibly busy. I was struggling to change out my headlights, they refused to come out of the housing. I called around a few shops, all quotes were $200 for labor alone. At this Pep boys I was quoted $35 for parts and labor per a low beam. They squeezed me in and refused to let me buy them lunch. Their honesty and integrity cannot be beat.”
“This was my first time at this Walmart Auto Center. I came in for a new set of tires/installation. The customer service ladies were helpful, very professional, care about their customers and respectful.
This location does seem busy and a bit understaffed for the volume of customers. I was there for about 2 hours from the time I was checked in to the time I got my car back. I was able to walk around the store and shop while I got my tires replaced. I then received a text when my car was ready. It was worth the wait considering the price for the tires and installation.”
