“Annie provided outstanding assistance to me in assisting with my move in on Saturday. We were running quite late, but she assured me and my crew that all would be ready when we arrived. Annie went out of her way to clearly explain the facility procedures, demonstrated operation of the keypad entry and lock, and got me through the paperwork with thorough explanations of rental details, while in record time. Her upbeat and friendly demeanor made the arduous experience pleasant. The facility itself is clean and bright, the loading dock is large and easily accessible from both street and storage units, and large, easily maneuverable carts are ready for use immediately adjacent to the dock area. If I could give Annie and Life Storage La Grange Park 10 starts, I would do so in a heartbeat!”

“Above and beyond staff, Shantill was the best, super professional and very helpful. My moving experience was very hectic, but Extra Space Storage made storing my items easy. My ID didn’t validate correctly and I needed to come in before 6pm when the office closes to correct it, but because I was spending so much time packing I almost forgot. When i got there it was 6:02pm so I was freaking out a bit. I had a moving truck full of items and was potentially going to have no where to put it. However the staff was super nice and let me in to quickly verify my ID. I thought since they were closing I’d have to figure everything out myself, but Shantill was a god send and walked me through the WHOLE process! She instructed me on how to enter the door codes, showed me the entrance area for unloading my items + reminded me of the hours, and even walked me to my storage unit, showed me how to use the lock they provided, and provided directions for where all the dolly’s were so I could move in easier. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at a storage facility and they definitely did not have to do all of that given that I showed up at office closing hours. The space was clean, secure, and with the dolly/ carts, not that hard to move into. They even have a bathroom if your moving takes a while and you gotta go lol. Although the unit may look small when it’s empty it fits a LOT, as long as you stack the boxes like you’re supposed to. Overall 5/5 experience and super happy with my choice thus far.”

“I must say I dealt with a few different carrier dealerships since I’ve own my Reefer Trailer from Prime 8yrs ago and by far Gateway is the best to continue bringing my trailer here for service.
I was introduced to this company I was leased on to as an Owner Operator cause my unit kept shutting down temp not making it to -10.
After spending $4k with parts and labor on 2 different occasions the mechanic finally realized I needed a new compressor. Mind you I just had a compressor installed less than a year ago from a Carrier Dealership in another state that i spent over $5200 with parts and labor so my unit was warranty.
Roger “The Supervisor” of this location is one hellava great guy and went over beyond to make sure my unit gets the proper repair and to make sure this unit will be finally up and running properly.
Not only did they get my unit right in the bay with repair the new compressor installed less than 24hrs is a breath of fresh air as a Owner Operator to see the temp going doing to -10 quick fast and everything seems to be running smoothly so I can get back out there making money and just only need to come back for normal oil change staying on top of my equipment as always.
Once again thank you to Roger and his Mechanics plus the office ladies that grew to know my name and remember my face as I stuck with them to get my unit running properly and I recommend anyone that needs Reefer assistance with there mechanics working all the way to Midnight from M-F at the labor rate $200 hr you can’t beat that service#TruckLife ????”

“Big Shout Out to Maria and the team over at U-Haul Archer Heights for providing the best customer service I have ever experienced. Had reserved a truck that got pushed to another location and all the equipment I rented was not provided. Traveled over to the Archer Heights location to get everything I ordered, and the system was trying to charge me $200! Online I had paid roughly $50, I was sick to my stomach bro. The team there got Maria on the line and she got me right, and I paid the proper price that I paid online. All this to say that this is a team that cares and is willing to help their customers out. Not something that is common practice and is always appreciated when it happens.

“I cannot speak higher of this U-Haul Dealer. I reserved a Van, and when I showed up the nice Gentleman in charge helped me right away. It literally took 10 minutes and I was out the door with the van. I came back in 2 hours and he received me with a smile and sent me the receipt for the rental via email.
Overall, the best service and the Van was brand new and very clean. 100 % recommended!”

“My vehicle has been in the shop. This was cheaper than a Enterprise car rental. Used it for work and back. Pretty basic stuff. Thank God they had something available nearby, otherwise I'll have to bus it over to a different location. It's convenient, nearby and the rental has been easier every time. Definitely would come back. Honestly if my vehicle is still at the shop, I would have no choice but to. Keep up the good work.”
