The thing I don’t like is the fact that there is nobody there that you can talk to about a loan, other than on the computer. Nobody is physically there. I think that’s bad customer service. Idk what has happened with this bank but it’s not the same as when I first joined.

Wish it could be rated less than zero. Never open, if it happens to be open no help. They will not answer the phones. What good is it.
