I went there with my fiancé and my daughter today and I will say I will never in my life step foot in this store again I walked in they have a set up of cologne in the front and I picked one up to look at it and it went off like an alarm one of the workers rushed over there and approached me like I was trying to steal there stuff I told her I didn’t know we could not pick up the product and she said there is a display of them over in another part of the store because if this goes off it’s like theft mind u I don’t need to take nothing from these people but why would you have something right as u was in on display if u can’t touch it nor was there a sign on how to pick it up or what not then they called security to come in the store they definitely lost a customer sorry today was my day off and I wanted to dress comfortable and go spend money but they will never get another penny from me

The ladies in this Ulta were very helpful and very patient lol! We had a lot going on! But they were helpful and gave us all alot of useful information!I love Ultra but this one by far as workers associates go has been the best.

I went on Black Friday weekend. It was very busy. Yes they had several employees on the floor but I was approached several times by different people asking if I needed help. But when I actually needed help getting perfume from the locked cabinet. I had to approach an employee to get help. Who seemed to rush me when I was trying to decide what size bottle to purchase. She never offered me to sample it either. Mind you this perfume cost between 100 to 200 dollars a bottle. After I decided on my size. She took the bottle and told me that she would have it for me when I checked out. But about 10 minutes later when I went to the counter to check out. They couldn't find were she had put it. Come to find out the lady that had helped me out with the perfume originally was the store manager. And she was up at the counter to. Acting just as unconcerned as the rest of her employees. In my opinion, I dont think she ever placed it behind the counter. Because one she thought that I was never going to purchase it . Or two their customer service is terrible. It was only after I said that I would go purchase the perfume at a another store. That the manager offered to go get me another bottle from the locked cabinet. I will not be purchasing anything from Ulta again. I feel like I was discriminated against. And this isn't the first time. But it will be the last. Thanks .

5/18/2023 at 5pm my husband and I dealt with a rude store employee while trying to pick up an order I placed. They wouldn't allow him to get the order even though he's always ran in for me and he had the email scan code. I ended up having to run in with no bra on to deal with whatever uppity little snot who waited on my husband. She didn't pull that act with me but it definitely will be the last time I shop here

They are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I asked for a brush for thin hair. I lose some every day. The brush simply glides through my hair, tangles and all.

They don't honor their return policy. I had a makeup set I got as a Christmas gift. Had gift receipt. But because their machine didn't print the bar code on receipt properly, they wouldn't do a refund due to not being able to put it up in their system. Even tho I gave them the phone number of the purchaser and they found it that way. Rude employees!

I absolutely love to come here, I come to get my hair done and style by Morgan, she is amazing, like a magician, she will get you all taken care of and you will receive the best service you have ever experienced! Highly recommend this wonderful place, friendly stuff and great service. I am very happy customer.
