“Customer service was good and straightforward. I was able to test drive a used car and given plenty of options for how to pay. The salesman I spoke to was very accommodating and clear for a first time customer such as myself.”

“I just picked up my 30 year old 4-Runner and had the wax undercoating installed. I checked all of the businesses that did this type of undercoating and settled on Spraytech mainly because of the details of the process they use to do the undercoating. Before I even start on what a GREAT job they did, I want to share on how impressed I was with the manager, Martin. He is without question, one of the most honest and genuine people I have met in my lifetime. When the truck was first up on the rack, Martin showed me briefly how they remove the rust and I was able to get a video of the needle scaler being used. Photos of before, during and after are all included once the install is done. Martin answered all of the questions I had about the process. I highly recommend Spraytech!! on Grand in Gurnee. Larry”

“Gillespie Ford service has been a consistently solid group to work with. I have used them for over 4 years and find them to be honest and capable. The service team is consistent and really try to make the service experience the best it can be (shout out to Caitlin!). I have had occasions (more than once unfortunately) when I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to accommodate my request/repair. They were competitive on my tire replacements just recently. Overall, when dealerships (and often mechanics in general) get a bad reputation, Gillespie Ford is the exception.”

“I had an excellent experience at Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram thanks to Jason. He was outstanding from start to finish — clear, patient, and incredibly helpful. He provided a full breakdown of the issue with my Jeep, explained everything in a way that made sense, and got the repair taken care of right away. Even better, he made sure my extended warranty covered the work, which was a huge relief. Truly great service. Thank you, Jason!”

“I had dealings with Auto parts City. I am besides myself with the negative reviews about Auto Parts City. People used to leave negative reviews only for valid problems and not because they do not know how to use a phone or read or understand what’s been told to them. I have been pulling out of junkyards since the 80’s and if I didn’t want to pull the part myself off the vehicle then I called the yard and they pulled it off for me and they called me when it was ready. In those days people had thick skin also. If we did something wrong and we were told about it we didn’t run to Google and leave a bad review we didn’t have Google back then we had word of mouth but we never said anything we moved on or we went to the manager and settled it. There was no chicken scratch running and crying I’ll leave a bad review. Get over yourselves.”

“I came from the Mitsubishi dealership since I couldn't find anyone in the service drive. They told me that they got bought out, unfortunately they won't have anyone till further notice and that I could be helped on this side. Tony was great, he took the time to walk me to the parts department to get a new battery. Terry was also a great help. Tony also walked over to my car to get all my info and actually put me in the system. Thank you very much for the help.”
