“Went here to pick up a bed. With my husband and my two girls, and as soon as we walked in April had approached us. Asked her what I was trying to finance. She took me straight to the computer and pretty sure she noticed that my two little ones were gonna be a handful while I was doing my thing on the computer. So she came out and gave both my girls a coloring book and crayons. Which was so freaking nice of her To go out of her way to do that. Gave a goodie bag to the girls. I mean, she was just fantastic trying to distract my girls from destroying the place. I usually get nervous going to places like this because I do feel like my girls will break Something at some point. But she made me feel very comfortable. Help us out with every question we had. They need to give this lady a raise because she is good at what she does. April was her name.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would do that! I Googled and selected this company out of excellent reviews from various websites. John and Sean came, on a morning after a heavy snow storm in a pandemic, to fix a big mess left by another electrician who failed to install my NuTone replacement of a brand new M&S intercom & Music system (with 7 speakers throughout the house) after 10 hours. They had to figure out the wrong wiring, and redo them correctly for the central control station and all 7 speakers, including an outdoor one. They pleasantly finished everything in just 2 hours. When John showed me the bill, it was way too reasonable for me to not feel guilty to accept it. I had to insist for him charging me more and add another bonus for them on top of that. Both of them are incredibly kind and capable that I wish I found them earlier.”

“I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. “I used to go to the McHenry store until one of the "coolest managers ever" relocated and left for round lake, r.l. beach area. “This Target Optical went above and beyond to save my family of six from the perils of Mom driving on the interstate when my husband lost his glasses on a roller coaster while hours/days from our home. We were able to leave with a trial pair of contact lenses and a huge sense of relief (I'm disabled and can't drive longer than 1 hour). They were so nice and the store is lovely, as is the Starbucks. I really hope y'all give this store a chance, as they were the only ones to even try to get a working (for at least a couple of days) trial pair on my husband. This is why I just dropped hundreds at my local Target optical and will remain a loyal customer.”

Karen is very professional , knowledgeable , and able to assist all costumers that come in through that door. She greets all and is able to help all. Karen makes sure costumers don’t walk out the door without being waited on. I did retail quite some years ago and am costumer orientated. And know how important it is to make sure the walk out of the shop happy so they can come back and shop at the same store. You can tell when people really want to help and love their job.
