“So I recently moved 0.4 miles away from this CVS and as a previous Walgreen's snob, i was dejected and swore to only go in if absolutely necessary. I reluctantly signed up for a CVS Extracare card and switched my one prescription over. Well 4 months later, I end up here more than I care to admit! It is a perfect place to run for that one ingredient you forgot at the grocery store, the bottle of wine that you need on Friday night or, as in the case this morning, milk for the baby to drink. 9/10 times they have had what I was looking for. (They don't have tortilla shells... an assortment of other bread products but no tortillas.) I docked a star because sometimes cleanliness is an issue in this store and oh my Lawd, those receipts are the definition of deforestation. The employees are always friendly, helpful and attentive. And I roll in at maximum neediness, crying baby, hungover, stressed out, in my pajamas, etc. I haven't had any dealings with the pharmacy yet but I will later today. I am assuming they will also adhere to the high standards set by the front of store staff.”
“I have worked with Abt appliances for years. They have an incredible store and I have been impressed with their service. Until, they made a mistake installing an ice make that caused thousands of dollars in damages for repairs when it leaked and ruined the floors causing about $15,000 in costs. They only offered a fraction of it to settle the dispute. I now use Grand Appliance. Not as "fancy", but they have the same products, great service and a more understanding staff. They also include typical extra charges like removal of an existing appliance at no cost.”

“I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. These guys, and girls, are the real deal! They are human, just like the rest of us, and they show it. 5 stars for sure in my book!! Im going to keep going back!! Thank you again! “I really enjoyed my grocery shopping here as this was my first experience . Bakery & Deli needs lots of improvement and Produce should be fresher and cleaner but I found frozen items to be particularly varied with many choices. But don't buy chips/ snacks here as terribly overpriced”
“I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. Thankfully Danny was able to help get it sorted out and my phone was properly connected! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!!”

“I wasn’t expecting much out of this Target given the area that it is in. I was wrong though. Very nice store, very organized and clean, with overall friendly staff. Only complaint is that I bought two of the exact same item and one had a clearance tag on it and the other did not. The whole section was on clearance. When the cashier rang them up, one ring up at the clearance price, and the other did not. The cashier refused to adjust the price of the one ringing up at full price, because he didn’t see a clearance sticker on it. Common sense should have kicked in here. Whole section was on clearance, exact same item, with the same barcode. Oh well. A supervisor wasn’t quickly available so I paid full price for the one, but it is what it is. Other than that no complaints.”
“Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My go-to store for the past several years. They never try to upsell you anything more than what you need. Infact they even offer savings tips if something is cheaper (like directing to neaby Costco T-mobile center if something is cheaper there)”

“This Target Optical went above and beyond to save my family of six from the perils of Mom driving on the interstate when my husband lost his glasses on a roller coaster while hours/days from our home. We were able to leave with a trial pair of contact lenses and a huge sense of relief (I'm disabled and can't drive longer than 1 hour). They were so nice and the store is lovely, as is the Starbucks. I really hope y'all give this store a chance, as they were the only ones to even try to get a working (for at least a couple of days) trial pair on my husband. This is why I just dropped hundreds at my local Target optical and will remain a loyal customer.”

“This is more the 7-Eleven it's a gas station and a 7-Eleven convention center all in one place that's open 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 day's a year with great deals and even better products and the low prices keep me coming back and I can't forget that the staff are extremely friendly and extremely helpful as they are trained to help you with respect and keeping the store very clean.”

“I used to go to the McHenry store until one of the "coolest managers ever" relocated and left for round lake, r.l. beach area.
